everything you need to know
before your appointment
Here’s what you need to know for your appointment:
- Your appointment will be 1.5-3.5 hours long. Be prepared to relax with your eyes completely closed for the entire duration of the appointment. I would suggest you to use the restroom prior to the appointment!
- You will be resting in a laying down position in a recliner. This is a safe and comfortable option for everyone; especially individuals who are pregnant or have difficulty laying flat for prolonged periods of time.
- The lash room is set up for you to relax with white noise and calming spa music. The goal is for you to have a “lash nap”!
Here’s how to prep yourself for your appointment:
- Come to your appointment with clean lashes! You don’t need to be make-up free, but ensure you don’t have makeup or skincare on your lashes. Lash extensions cannot stick to oily, dirty, or gunky lashes. Come with no makeup or skincare on your lashes.
- Remove your contacts prior to your appointment. They absorb fumes from the adhesive and can cause damage to your eye.
- Bring your payment method (Venmo, Cash, or Card).
- Bring headphones if you’d like to listen to music, podcasts, or your audiobooks! Or, you can take advantage of the quiet time and take a “lash nap”!
- Avoid drinking caffeine for 3-4 hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine causes micro “jitters” in your eyelids when they’re closed!
- Use the restroom before your appointment. (There will be one here for you to use).
- Get ready to be cozy!

NO SHOW POLICY
- If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged $50. Please contact me if you have an emergency.
SCHEDULING POLICY
- Please reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.
- If you are late 3 appointments in a row, I will recommend you to another lash artist who might be able to accommodate your scheduling needs!
- If you no-show twice, you will be restricted from booking again,
Please schedule your fill while you still have 60% of your lashes on.
GUEST POLICY
- For safety and insurance reasons, no extra guests are allowed in the spa room. This includes children and pets. Please message me if you have a guest you’d like to bring that is willing and able to sit through the duration of your appointment. Excessive talking can affect my ability to apply lashes properly, so please ask your guest to limit conversation.
